Mindful Meetings
Complimentary 15 minute mindful session
Treat your delegates to a 15 minute Mindful Session at the start or during your conference, allowing them to focus their minds and bodies
on the day ahead. Our personal trainer will guide them through a series of gentle movements, supporting both breathing and posture.
