Check in from 3 pm with a bottle of Hambedon Cuvee on ice. If you'd like to arrive a little earlier, please call us on 01489 880000 and we can arrange an early check-in for you for a small additional charge. Book any spa treatments and enjoy a 10% discount on all pre-booked treatments - please call us on 01489 567100 in advance as pre-booking is essential. Isle of Wight tickets must be pre-booked through Wightlink Ferries prior to arrival; includes car and up to 4 passengers. Discount code will be sent to guests once booked. Your stay includes car parking, Wi-Fi and use of the spa. Check out time is 11 am on your departure day. Reservations are cancellable up to 10:00am on the day of arrival. Cancelling later than this will result in a charge for the first night’s stay.
