If you'd like to arrive a little earlier, please call us on 01489 880000 and we can arrange an early check-in for you for a small additional charge. Book any spa treatments and enjoy a 10% discount on all pre-booked treatments - please call us on 01489 567100 in advance as pre-booking is essential. Isle of Wight tickets must be pre-booked through Wightlink Ferries prior to arrival; includes car and up to 4 passengers. Discount code will be sent to guests once booked. Your stay includes car parking, Wi-Fi and use of the spa. Check out time is 11 am on your departure day. Reservations are cancellable up to 3pm on the day prior to arrival. Cancelling later than this will result in a charge for the first night’s stay.
