We've got a number of different membership types to enable you to tailor your fitness experience to fit your needs and budget.
Peak Membership
The all-access pass to make the most of our facilities at Solent Hotel & Spa. Fitness to suit your lifestyle. Peak membership entitles you to full use of the Spa facilities during our full opening hours.

Off Peak Membership
For those who have the flexibility to stay in shape during a typical working week, or perhaps you prefer to swim in the pool when it’s quieter. Off-peak membership entitles you to full use of the Spa facilities Monday to Friday, 7.30am - 5pm

Gym Only Membership
For those looking to get in shape or stay fit using our machines and free weights, our gym only membership gives you unlimited use of the gym facilities 7 days a week.
Gym only membership entitles you to use full use of the gym at any time.

Business Membership
Our corporate programme is so much more than just a gym membership.
Available on a limited basis for 10 or more bona fide employees declared by the company with a reduced Joining Fee of £10 per person - please contact the Spa manager for more details. Corporate incentives for employees can be incorporated. Also includes a discounted rate, dependant on how many employees subscribe.

BOLT ON: Hotel Membership
Add the Hotel bolt on to your membership to receive the following benefits and discount with your membership:
• 25% discount on food, drink and accommodation across all of the Thwaites hotels

• Advance booking options on hotel social events (must be opted in on email)

Guests
Members may sign in guests at the rate of £17 per adult and £8 per child 6-15yrs and £5 1-4yrs, per visit. Guests must adhere to the Terms and Conditions of Spa Membership. Child usage times may vary - please speak to the Spa Manager for more details. To use our facilities on a pay-as-you-go basis, a £35 fee will be charged.
