Salmon and beetroot parfait

Pistachio and herb crusted lamb rump
sage and onion stuffing, Yorkshire pudding, mint sauce

with a sausage meat and cranberry stuffing, pig in blanket, Yorkshire pudding, cranberry sauce
Pan seared halibut fillet
brown shrimp and parsley butter
Wild mushroom and brie pithivier
braised red cabbage, vegetarian gravy

All served with a selection of winter vegetables and sea salted roast potatoes

A deposit of £20 per person will be required at the time of booking and the full balance paid by 1st December.
